Night Auditor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's nightly operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest service.

Duties:

- Conduct night audit procedures to verify the accuracy of financial transactions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage phone systems and respond to guest inquiries
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Skills:

- Experience in night audit or hotel operations
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Strong hospitality management skills
- Excellent guest relations abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management practices
- Exceptional customer service skills
