About the Role

Moonlight Hospitality and Hotel Operation Management is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor with an accounting background to oversee night shift operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform night audit procedures and ensure accurate daily financial closing.
• Reconcile daily revenue, room charges, and payments.
• Prepare night audit reports and submit them to management.
• Verify postings, corrections, and adjustments in the PMS.
• Monitor and balance cashier transactions and revenue accounts.
• Ensure proper handover and reporting to the morning shift.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Finance teams as required.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar accounting role within hospitality.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and accounting systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
