Located at: Quebec and Arapahoe
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Family is seeking care 3 nights per week for at least 8 weeks, starting immediately after baby is born. Exact nights are flexible and based on candidate availability, with a preference for consistency with the same NCS throughout the contract. Shift is 9:00pm–7:00am (10 hours), with some flexibility on hours.
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out position
Commitment/Contract Length: This a short-term position for a minimum 8-week contract
Start Date: July 2026 (baby due July 18, 2026)

Care will be for the family's newborn only.
About the Family:
This is a loving first-time parent family excited to welcome their baby boy this summer. Mom plans to primarily breastfeed and pump and is looking for a knowledgeable NCS who can provide gentle guidance and reassurance around newborn care, sleep conditioning, and establishing healthy routines.
No daytime support or nanny is required during the contract period; daytime care may be considered in November when Mom returns to work.
About the Pets:
The family has one hypoallergenic Cavapoo who sleeps in the master bedroom at night - all candidates must be pet friendly.
Additional Notes:
They are open, flexible, and value strong communication and a collaborative caregiver who is not overly rigid, but instead responsive to the baby’s evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
A day in the life...
Standard Duties:
All standard night nanny/NCS duties are required.
Overnight newborn care including feeding support, diapering, soothing, and sleep support
Supporting parents with newborn sleep conditioning and best practices
Light baby-related tidying (bottles, nursery organization during downtime)
Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this contract.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
Extensive newborn experience (required)
3+ years of experience as a night nanny or Newborn Care Specialist that can be verified with references
Comfortable supporting first-time parents with education and guidance
Infant CPR and First Aide is a must-have
Must be comfortable working independently overnight in a split-level home
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong experience and references for overnight care, be confident and collaborative, and reliable.
Compensation And Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):
The family is offering an hourly rate of $40- $45/hour

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
