Located at: E Tufts Ave and Franklin St
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Family is seeking care 7 nights per week from 9:00pm–6:30am for a consistent overnight schedule
Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 4+ months
Start Date: July 10, 2026

Children's Ages: Care will be for one newborn, with an expected delivery date of July 10, 2026.

About the Children:
The family also has three older children, ages 7, 6, and 4. No overnight care is required for the older children.
Care will be for the family's newborn only.

About the Family:
This engaged and welcoming family is preparing to welcome their fourth baby.
The family will have a full-time daytime nanny in place, allowing the NCS to focus exclusively on overnight newborn care. They value a caregiver who prioritizes safety above all, is highly reliable, and brings strong expertise in newborn care and overnight routines.

About the Pets:
The family has two cats in the home.

Additional Notes:
They have previously worked with a night nanny for their middle children and are looking forward to partnering again with a knowledgeable and professional NCS.

Standard Duties:
All standard night nanny/NCS duties are required.

Travel Requirements:
No travel is required for this contract.
Desired Skills And Abilities
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…
Extensive newborn care experience required
3+ years of experience as a night nanny or Newborn Care Specialist that can be verified with references
Infant CPR and First Aide is a must-have
Strong understanding of safe sleep practices and newborn safety protocols
Handling any overnight needs calmly and confidently, including emergencies if they arise

Rate of Pay (gross):
Competitive, based on experience

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu, tdap, and COVID-19
