Night Postpartum Doula

Looking for a night postpartum doula or someone that is willing to be trained one.

We are seeking compassionate, grounded, and dependable postpartum doulas to support families during one of the most sacred and vulnerable seasons of their lives.

This role goes beyond tasks. You are stepping into a home, holding space for a mother, and helping her feel supported, seen, and not alone.

As a postpartum doula, you will provide emotional, physical, and practical support as families adjust to life with a newborn—helping create a sense of calm, confidence, and connection in the home.

✨ Responsibilities

• Support mothers in their postpartum recovery through hands-on care, nourishment, and gentle guidance
• Assist with newborn care, including feeding support, soothing techniques, and establishing rhythms
• Offer emotional support through active listening, reassurance, and presence
• Help create a peaceful home environment (light tidying, meal support, newborn-related tasks)
• Educate families on newborn care, sleep, and postpartum healing in a way that feels approachable and not overwhelming
• Observe and communicate any concerns regarding maternal or infant well-being
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with both families and the care team
• Complete basic documentation and client notes as needed

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently while representing the values of the team
• Willingness to learn and grow (training and mentorship available for the right fit)

✨ Preferred (but not required)

• Previous postpartum doula experience
• Background in healthcare, childcare, or maternal support
• Familiarity with breastfeeding support, newborn care, or postpartum recovery
