What you’ll do (key responsibilities)

• Handle inbound and outbound voice support for US customers with professionalism.
• Resolve issues and aim for First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Meet KPIs: AHT, CSAT, and FCR targets.
• Log and manage cases in CRM (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot).
• Participate in coaching sessions and weekly performance reviews.

Who we’re looking for (must-haves)

• 1+ year customer support / BPO voice experience.
• Clear, neutral English accent; strong spoken communication.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
• Available for night shifts (6 PM–2 AM or 10 PM–6 AM).
• Punctual, solution-oriented, and able to handle volume.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting US customers or cross-timezone operations.
• Experience with quality monitoring / call scoring.

Compensation & growth

• Base: PKR 35,000–45,000 per month + performance incentives up to PKR 20,000.
