QuickBooks Accounting Expert – On-Site (Karachi, Shahra-e-Faisal)

We are seeking a full-time, on-site QuickBooks Accounting Expert with proven expertise in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. This role requires hands-on accounting knowledge, technical QuickBooks skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting workflows. Applicants must be able to work in-person at our Shahra-e-Faisal office.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage accounting processes, perform reconciliations, and ensure financial accuracy across multiple entities. You will actively resolve issues, maintain clean books, and support leadership with timely financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, vendors, and customers.
• Handle AP/AR, expense tracking, payroll entries, and adjusting journal entries.
• Clean up historical accounting data and ensure accurate financial records.
• Generate reports, financial statements, and management dashboards from QuickBooks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve QuickBooks issues, including file migrations, syncing errors, and integrations.
• Train and support internal staff on proper QuickBooks workflows and best practices.
• Work closely with management to streamline accounting processes and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (minimum 3+ years).
• Strong accounting background — capable of handling reconciliations, adjustments, and month-end close.
• Experience managing multi-entity or complex company files.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for supporting analysis.
• Must be able to work on-site at Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi.
