Senior Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can independently manage the accounting operations of multiple entities, including both Pakistani Rupee-based companies and US Dollar-based entities. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks (certified) and hands-on experience in managing full-cycle accounting, reporting, and compliance for both local and international businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for multiple entities, including those in Pakistan and the US.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with respective regulations.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local taxation (Pakistan) and US accounting standards.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants for local and US entities.
• Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online accounting systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• QuickBooks Certified with proven experience using it for Pakistani and US entities.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a role covering multiple companies.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and familiarity with US GAAP principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
