About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic Female Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
• Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and daily reports
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Meet daily/weekly targets assigned by the team leads

Requirements

• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Confident and enthusiastic personality
• Must be ready for face-to-face interview and immediate joining

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
