Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound dressing, IV insertion, and monitoring vitals.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records in the hospital information system.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health maintenance.
• Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Report any change in patient condition to the concerned physician or medical team.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the nursing station and equipment.
• Coordinate with allied departments (lab, radiology, pharmacy) for patient services.
• Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution
• Valid nursing license/registration with the Nursing Council
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (preferred)

• Clinical knowledge and hands-on patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts
• Empathy, compassion, and ethical practice
• Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic medical records (EMRs)

Pay: Rs12,344.00 - Rs123,455.00 per month
