Job Title: Clinic Nurse

Job Summary

Clinic Nurse provides high-quality nursing care and clinical support to patients in an outpatient or primary care setting. This role involves patient assessment, treatment, health education, and assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience or basic knowledge of hanging IV drips and assisting in medical procedures.
• Perform patient triage, take vital signs, and record medical histories accurately.
• Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed.
• Collect and label specimens (e.g., blood, urine, swabs) for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock of medical supplies
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (students are also accepted)
• Valid or pending license to practice from the Nursing Syndicate
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
  
  

Working Conditions

• Outpatient/clinic environment.
• 4-5 shifts per week.
