Nurse Manager

Opening: Nurse Manager
Location: SRV Hospitals - Bengaluru & Mumbai
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (MNC Registration Required)
Experience: Minimum 8 years (including 2+ years as Ward In-Charge)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing care standards across assigned wards/clusters
• Supervise staffing, duty rosters, and leave planning
• Coordinate with RMO, consultants, and hospital departments for smooth patient care
• Conduct SOP audits and ensure compliance in documentation & procedures
• Lead nursing rounds, supervise treatments, and monitor inventory & drug management
• Facilitate training, CNE programs, and continuous staff development
• Handle discipline, performance feedback, and interdepartmental coordination
• Maintain nursing reports, statistics, and attend departmental meetings

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Staff mentoring, training, and development
• Knowledge of hospital protocols, SOPs, and nursing audits
