Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time / Part-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a busy primary care / urgent care practice in Brooklyn. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment with a supportive clinical team.

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time available

• 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Perform physical exams, order and interpret labs, and prescribe medications

• Educate patients on treatment plans and preventive care

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Requirements:

• Active NP license in New York

• Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills
