Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

• Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care plans for patients
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
• Document patient care accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed
• Manage patient care within accepted standards and monitor progress
  
  

Qualifications include current state licensure, national certification, DEA license, and BLS. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule , full benefits , productivity bonuses , CME reimbursement , and an outpatient setting with no hospital call.

Relocation to Sutherlin, OR is required before starting. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
