Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care plans for patients

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies

Document patient care accurately in medical records

Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed

Manage patient care within accepted standards and monitor progress

Relocation to Sutherlin, OR is required before starting. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
