Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations, including a physical therapy office, satellite clinic, and surgery center. The role involves

• Providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and care plans
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and following up on results
• Documenting patient care in medical records
• Collaborating with team members and referring patients as needed
• Providing outpatient medical care without hospital call or rounding
