Position: Nursing Supervisor

Qualification: B.Sc Nursing / GNM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and manage nursing staff effectively. The role involves coordinating with doctors, administrative teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide nursing staff in daily operations.

Ensure proper patient care, safety, and comfort at all times.

Allocate duties and prepare staff rosters.

Monitor and maintain patient records and reports.

Conduct regular training and skill development for nursing staff.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and quality standards.

Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care services.

Handle patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Monitor inventory and ensure availability of medical supplies.

Requirements

B.Sc Nursing / GNM qualification from a recognized institution.

Valid Nursing Registration with the Karnataka State Nursing Council.

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical/nursing experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with empathy and patience.
