Nursery Teacher- Abu Dhabi

The Role
Plan and implement curriculum tailored to children’s developmental stages, incorporating play-based and structured learning activities to promote intellectual, social, and emotional growth. Create a safe and engaging classroom environment, ensuring children can explore, learn, and develop foundational skills. Observe, assess, and monitor children’s progress, maintaining records and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Communicate with parents and caregivers, providing updates on development, progress, and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues, mentoring junior staff, participating in team meetings, and contributing to curriculum planning and evaluation.

Requirements
Previous experience teaching young children in a nursery, kindergarten, or early years setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework or similar early childhood education standards. Bachelor’s degree in Education is mandatory Patience, creativity, and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles and individual needs. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and families.
