Position Summary

We are seeking caring, energetic, and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering high-quality early years education. The successful candidates will assist with classroom activities, supervise children, and help maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers during classroom activities and learning sessions.
• Assist children with daily routines, meals, and personal care when required.
• Prepare classroom materials and learning resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and physical development.
• Support children's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
• Communicate professionally with teachers, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or relevant qualification (Diploma in Early Childhood Education is an advantage).
• Previous experience working with children or in a nursery is preferred.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Caring, patient, and responsible personality.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursery Teaching Assistant: 1 year (Required)
• Working with children: 1 year (Required)
• working within the EYFS curriculum: 1 year (Preferred)
