Nursing Coordinator

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing staff activities.
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for nurses and caregivers.
• Ensure quality patient care and follow healthcare standards.
• Communicate with doctors, patients, and families about care plans.
• Monitor patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Handle patient complaints and resolve care-related issues.
• Maintain medical supplies and coordinate equipment needs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital or healthcare policies.
• Prepare reports and support management in decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
