Nursing Head

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing)

• Valid nursing license/registration

•8–12 years of clinical nursing experience, with leadership exposure

• Strong knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare regulation.

Key roles and responsibilities:

•Lead, plan, and supervise all nursing staff and nursing operations •Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and nursing practice •Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and protocols •Manage staffing schedules, duty rosters, and workforce planning •Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel •Coordinate with doctors, administration, and other healthcare departments •Monitor compliance with hospital regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements •Oversee infection control practices and quality improvement initiatives oii y

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
