Nursing incharge

• Oversee and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Assess and evaluate patient care needs, intervening or assisting other nurses with complex or difficult cases.
• Monitor patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff nurses.
• Investigate and address patient and family complaints/concerns promptly.
• Staff Management & Supervision:
• Develop and coordinate daily staff assignments and scheduling (rostering).
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the nursing team.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback as necessary.
• Ensure strict discipline and decorum are maintained within the unit.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
