Nursing Supervisor

Job Title: Nursing Supervisor
Location: Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital Pvt.Ltd, Dadri
Experience Required: 1-3 years (including minimum 2 years in a supervisory role)
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing operations across wards, ICUs, and other patient care areas.
• Ensure proper staffing, shift allocation, and duty rosters for nursing staff.
• Monitor patient care standards, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure hygiene, discipline, and patient satisfaction.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments for smooth patient services.
• Handle escalations, grievances, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain and verify nursing records, reports, and incident documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NABH/JCI and other regulatory standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
