Main Task:

* Lead, manage and supervise the work of the staff Nurses.

* Promote the highest standards of clinical nursing care.

* Accomplishes nursing human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.

* Help in assessment, scoring medical condition of new patients in co-operate with doctor.

* Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.

* Monitor and handle Licensing of staff

* Arrange patient’s files and records.

* Prepare all reports and documents required by insurance company.

* Score medical condition and services for new and established patients.

* Prepare for any audit (DOH, Daman, ADHEK, Tasneef,..)

* Point of contact between the company and the DOH or Daman.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
