Nursing Supervisor

Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain clinical standards across shifts.

Key Duties: Staff scheduling & supervision, monitor patient care & infection control, ensure PNC/MOH compliance, handle emergencies, staff training, coordinate with doctors/admin, manage supplies, shift reporting.

Requirements: BSc Nursing/Post RN with valid PNC license. 5-7 years clinical experience with 2+ years in supervisory role. Skills in BLS, EMR, patient assessment, leadership. Fluent in English & Urdu. Pashto a plus. Must be able to work rotational shifts.

Timings: Rotational shifts including nights/weekends
