Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy & Support:
· Develop strategies for online promotions, customer benefits, and health awareness campaigns
· Manage consumer inquiries and sales calls related to e-commerce.
· Offer nutritional guidance and support to consumers.
· Analyze online performance data to identify growth opportunities
Promotional Material Development:
· Create promotional materials for both retail and clinical settings.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure materials are aligned with company objectives.
Doctor Engagement:
· Conduct presentations and provide training on product benefits and nutritional information.
· Build relationships with healthcare professionals to promote products.
Training and Content Creation:
· Train internal teams on product-specific nutritional knowledge.
· Develop engaging content for newsletters, social media, and consumer-facing materials.
New Product Development:
· Lead formulation of unique products considering the competitive landscape.
· Review packaging claims, ingredient benefits, and RDA to ensure market differentiation as per global and regulatory guidelines.
· Collaborate with the product team to align formulations with market needs.
Competitor Analysis:
· Conduct market research to gather competitor data online and through team efforts.
· Use insights to inform product development and refine marketing strategies.
Data Collection and Feedback:
· Collect feedback from healthcare professionals and consumers for continuous improvement.
· Analyze sales and feedback data to optimise detailing materials.
Compliance and Best Practices:
· Ensure all materials and product information comply with regulatory standards.
· Implement best practices in nutrition communication and product development.
· Regularly updated materials based on the latest scientific research and feedback from external and internal customers.
Performance Expectations:
· Achieve sales support and material development targets.
· Regular performance assessments to ensure goals are met.
Growth Opportunities:

Qualifications:
· Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy, MBBS or a related field.

· Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Skills:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software.
· Excellent organisational, research, and problem-solving abilities.
