This is a sales and client conversion role — where you use your nutrition knowledge to sell, support, and help clients achieve real results.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a goal-driven Nutrition Sales Consultant who knows how to turn a client conversation into a life-changing subscription. Someone who can sell with confidence, communicate with empathy, and own the sales target every single day.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls — identify needs, explain plans, and convert to sales.
- Use your nutrition knowledge to recommend suitable meal programs and build client trust.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in terms of new clients and renewals.
- Work under high-pressure targets, delivering consistent performance and measurable results.
- Manage client consultations (basic onboarding, progress calls, and retention).
- Coordinate client issues with relevant departments to ensure quick and permanent resolutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to create sales strategies, new promotions, and packages.
- Develop and implement monthly organizational and sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Track client progress and ensure satisfaction to drive referrals and renewals.
- Use digital tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp campaigns, CRM systems) for client management and reporting.
- Support diabetic, weight loss, and wellness programs with clear product understanding.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Health Sciences (mandatory).
- Passionate about sales, results, and performance — not afraid of pressure or targets.
- Excellent communicator in English and Arabic (both verbal and written).
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Can work beyond standard hours when needed to achieve monthly goals.
- Understands metabolic conditions such as diabetes, PCOS, and obesity.
- Can work closely with multiple teams to execute, follow up, and deliver outcomes.
- Bonus: knowledge in functional or therapeutic nutrition is an added advantage.
