O-Levels Programme Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic O-Level Programme Manager to lead our IGCSE O-Levels academic stream. The ideal candidate will ensure curriculum excellence, faculty performance, and student success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective implementation of the IGCSE O-Level curriculum across all subjects.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of O-Level teaching staff.
• Track and improve student academic performance through regular assessments and interventions.
• Coordinate IGCSE exam registrations, schedules, and ensure exam compliance.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Organize academic planning, school calendars, and subject timetables for the O-Level section.
• Ensure enforcement of school policies related to discipline, attendance, and academic standards.
• Plan and lead academic events, workshops, orientation sessions, and mock examinations for O-Levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
