Project Manager

We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from scope to delivery—on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You will own planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and reporting, turning strategy into execution and keeping teams focused on measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Plan & scope: Translate goals into project charters, roadmaps, and milestones; define success metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery: Run stand-ups, reviews, and retros; manage dependencies and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); keep the critical path clear.
• Budget & resources: Build and track budgets, allocate resources, manage vendors/partners, and optimize team capacity.
• Stakeholder management: Facilitate decisions across product/tech, operations, content, and partnerships; maintain a proactive communication cadence (status, risks, changes).
• Quality & compliance: Ensure deliverables meet requirements, standards, and policies; coordinate testing, documentation, and sign-off.
• Change control: Manage scope, evaluate trade-offs, and lead impact assessments; keep baselines current.
• Reporting: Provide concise dashboards and C-level summaries; escalate early with options and recommendations.
• Process improvement: Standardize templates/SOPs; coach teams in Agile/iterative ways of working; capture lessons learned.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
