Odoo Demo Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Odoo ERP Functional Consultant with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in delivering product demonstrations across multiple Odoo modules. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly explain Odoo functionalities to clients and stakeholders in English, highlighting business use cases and system benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end Odoo ERP demonstrations for prospective clients and internal teams.
• Deliver module-wise demos including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR (Employees, Time Off, Attendance, Payroll), and POS.
• Understand client business requirements and map them to relevant Odoo modules.
• Explain workflows, features, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
• Support pre-sales activities by assisting the sales team with technical and functional presentations.
• Prepare demo data, scenarios, and presentations tailored to different industries.
• Address client queries during demos and provide functional clarifications.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth handover after demos.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in giving Odoo ERP demos across multiple modules.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of Odoo business processes and workflows.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to present confidently.
• Preferred experience in pre-sales, functional consulting, or ERP implementation.
