Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ODOO Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and enhance ODOO ERP solutions. The role involves working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and high-quality ERP modules.

You will play a key role in strengthening business workflows, system integrations, and application performance across ERP and web platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesModule Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and customize ODOO modules based on business requirements.
• Enhance existing modules to improve performance, usability, and scalability.
• Implement efficient workflows aligned with operational processes.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate ODOO with third-party applications, APIs, and internal systems.
• Support automation of business processes across departments.

Requirement Analysis & Collaboration

• Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and operations teams.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and specifications.

Testing, Debugging & Quality Assurance

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Ensure application stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide technical support and resolve production issues.
• Maintain and upgrade existing ODOO environments.
• Support version upgrades and feature enhancements.

Documentation & Code Quality

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Ensure clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Website & System Maintenance

• Maintain company websites and ERP-linked portals.
• Ensure security updates, performance optimization, content management, technical checks, and regular backups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in ODOO development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with the ODOO framework, ORM, and APIs.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, QWeb, and web technologies.
• Experience using Git or other version control tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in ODOO version upgrades or migrations.
• Exposure to ERP implementations (Operations, HR, Finance, Logistics).
• Understanding of performance tuning and security best practices.
• Basic Linux/server knowledge.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
