Odoo Developer

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Odoo backend and frontend development, module customization, and integration with third-party systems.Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise)
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize existing Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.)
• Design and develop new modules as per business needs
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs (REST, XML-RPC)
• Perform data migration, upgrades, and version changes
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and stakeholders
• Provide technical support and training to end users when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development
• Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Good understanding of Odoo ORM, workflows, security, and access rules
• Experience in QWeb, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with Odoo module customization and reports
• Knowledge of Odoo.sh and deployment on Linux servers is a plus
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
