Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business workflows and the ability to match them with Odoo ERP functionalities. This role includes interacting with clients to gather requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and offering continuous guidance and support throughout the implementation process.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction

• Work closely with clients to understand business operations, objectives, and system needs.
• Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and map client needs to Odoo functionalities.

Odoo Configuration

• Customize and configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR according to client requirements.

Project Leadership

• Lead and manage Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.

Training & Support

• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support for smooth system adoption.

Documentation

• Create clear, complete documentation including configuration details, customization notes, and user manuals.

Testing

• Perform comprehensive system testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.

Troubleshooting

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues during and after implementation.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and ERP industry trends.
• Recommend system improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo across various modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or related technologies is an advantage.
• Odoo certification is preferred.
