To design, deliver, and manage learning initiatives, training operations, employee engagement activities, and e-learning solutions that support organizational growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the annual training calendar, including logistics, reporting, and compliance. Design and deliver engaging training programs (classroom, virtual, and blended).

Develop learning content, materials, and e-learning modules.

Manage LMS and track training participation, progress, and impact.

Implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs.

Measure learning effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s with 04 years relevant experience / Master’s with 02 years relevant experience in learning and development.

Strong facilitation, instructional design, and operational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, designing tools, and e-learning platforms.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
