Job Purpose:
To design, deliver, and manage sales training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of the sales team while ensuring alignment with AMC products, regulatory requirements, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for mutual fund sales teams.
  • Conduct product training on mutual funds, pension funds, and investment solutions.
  • Train teams on SECP regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical selling practices.
  • Identify skill gaps and design targeted training modules.
  • Conduct regular sales coaching, field visits, and performance assessments.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and e-learning content.
  • Collaborate with Sales Heads to align training with business objectives.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain training MIS/reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of sales training experience, preferably in AMC/financial services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • In-depth understanding of mutual fund products and regulations.
