Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Corporate Trainer (L&D) to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance employee performance and organizational capability.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing training material, conducting skill-based sessions, and supporting employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps.
  • Design, plan, and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Develop training materials including manuals, presentations, assessments, and e-learning content.
  • Facilitate onboarding training for new hires and refresher training for existing teams.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback forms, and performance indicators.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to implement development plans.
  • Support HR in employee development initiatives, engagement activities, and performance improvement programs.
  • Stay updated with modern training tools, industry trends, and best L&D practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Education, or related field).
  • 2 years of experience as a Trainer, L&D Officer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of modern learning techniques (e-learning, micro-learning, blended learning).
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions.
