Location: Offshore (willing to travel to onsite whenever required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in advanced HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, hands-on configuration expertise, and proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM advanced modules including Core HR, Goals & Performance Management, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and map them to Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities.
• Configure HCM modules to meet business requirements and perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance).
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and report development.
• Stay updated with Oracle quarterly release updates and assess their impact on existing configurations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and data security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Strong expertise in one or more advanced modules such as:
• Core HR
• Goals & Performance Management
• Learning
• Recruitment
• Compensation
• Benefits
• Solid understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification(s) preferred.
