Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions. This role includes direct client interaction, requirement gathering, module configuration, and ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and system requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and align business needs with Odoo ERP functionalities.

Odoo Configuration

• Configure and customize Odoo modules including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR according to client requirements.

Project Management

• Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Training & Support

• Conduct training sessions for end users.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the system.

Documentation

• Prepare detailed documentation including system configurations, customization details, and user manuals.

Testing

• Perform thorough system testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Issue Resolution

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues during and after implementation.

Continuous Enhancement

• Keep up-to-date with the latest Odoo releases and ERP industry trends.
• Recommend system improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo across multiple modules.
• Strong knowledge of ERP workflows and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Odoo certification is preferred.
