Odoo Techno-Functional

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno‑Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, helping clients and internal users maximize the value of their Odoo ERP solutions. Rozee+1

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full‑cycle Odoo ERP implementations, including requirements gathering and GAP analysis. Rozee
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and coordinate with developers for custom solutions. Talent Mate
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.) per client needs. Rozee
• Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure solution stability. Talent Mate
• Provide training, documentation, and post‑implementation support to end‑users. Talent Mate
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes with ERP best practices. Rozee

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field. Talent Mate
• 3+ years of Odoo ERP implementation experience (functional + technical). Talent Mate
• Strong understanding of business process flows (finance, operations, CRM). Rozee
• Proficiency with Python, SQL/PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework is a plus. Rozee
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Talent Mate
