Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Off-Page SEO Specialist, with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in effective backlink acquisition. This role is crucial for improving our website's Domain Authority, increasing organic search rankings, and driving high-quality referral traffic through strategic and ethical link-building campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Backlink Strategy & Acquisition
- Develop and execute targeted, ethical link-building strategies (e.g., guest posting, resource page link building, broken link building, content promotion).
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify high-Domain Authority (DA) and relevant websites for link opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns, including crafting personalized and compelling email pitches to webmasters, bloggers, and editors.
- Negotiate and coordinate link placements, ensuring anchor text and placement location meet strategic SEO requirements.
- Collaborate with the Content team to brainstorm and identify "linkable assets" that naturally attract high-quality backlinks.
2. Analysis & Monitoring
- Utilize advanced SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console) to perform comprehensive competitive backlink analysis.
- Monitor and audit the existing backlink profile regularly, identifying and proactively disavowing low-quality or potentially toxic links to maintain site health.
- Track, report, and analyze key Off-Page SEO metrics, including Domain Authority, link volume, link quality, and organic ranking improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and link-building best practices to ensure continuous compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of dedicated experience in an SEO role with a primary focus on off-page optimization and link building.
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of core SEO principles, search engine ranking factors, and the difference between dofollow/nofollow links.
- Link Building Expertise: Proven ability to source and acquire high-quality, editorially placed backlinks.
- Communication & Outreach: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persistent approach to email outreach and relationship building.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with content management systems.
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
