Job Description:

As an Off-Page SEO Specialist at Spell Engineering, you will be responsible for building high-quality backlinks and managing guest posting initiatives to boost our website's search engine rankings. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop strategies that drive organic traffic, increase brand visibility, and improve overall SEO performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, focusing on link building and guest posting.
• Identify high-quality websites for backlinking opportunities.
• Manage and maintain relationships with bloggers and website owners for guest posting collaborations.
• Perform competitor analysis to understand backlink profiles and find growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on link-building performance and SEO metrics.
• Ensure all link-building practices are white-hat and in compliance with Google's guidelines.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure that SEO objectives are aligned with content marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in off-page SEO, link building, and guest posting.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google’s algorithms.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Proven track record of successfully building quality backlinks and running guest posting campaigns.
• Excellent communication and outreach skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on SEO performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
