The Role

What You’ll Do

Represent off-plan projects across Dubai’s prime locations

Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients

Conduct project presentations, viewings, and contract negotiations

Stay ahead of market trends, launches, and pricing strategies

Deliver exceptional service that upholds the Engel & Völkers standard

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, real estate, or investment advisory

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

Self-motivation, resilience, and target-driven mindset

A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred
