Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks including record-keeping, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
- Handle basic accounting functions such as billing, invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash management, and maintaining ledgers.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, coordinating with external auditors, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and support in HR-related administrative work.
- Ensure smooth office operations including procurement of office supplies, IT support coordination, and facility management.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and documentation effectively.
- Support management with MIS reports, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for operational requirements.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
- Ensure timely payments, vendor reconciliations, and follow-up for outstanding dues.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho or similar).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle both administrative and accounting tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work.
- Basic knowledge of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC) will be an added advantage.
