Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace environment. Must be computer literate and good in using Microsoft esp. excel file

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and assist with organizing company events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects to enhance office management efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office or clerical role, preferably within a human resources environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to office management (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing support to employees and visitors.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement in HR processes.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
