Job Title: Office Administrator Female– Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Office Administrator to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will manage office operations efficiently, assist the team in administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, calls & emails.
  • Maintain our software consists of tenant records, properties and client databases.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and basic financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients for the process of renewal of tenancy agreement to ensure timely communication and follow-ups..
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration in real estate or property management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic property management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
