Job Title: Tenant Coordination & Accounts Assistant (Female – Husband Visa Preferred)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and well-spoken female candidate with a spouse visa to manage tenant calls, coordinate service requests, and support basic accounting operations within our facility management team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi and be capable of handling tenant complaints professionally while also assisting the accounts department with petty cash management and data entry in Tally.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Coordination & Operations

  • Attend inbound and outbound calls related to tenant complaints and service requests.
  • Register, track, and follow up on complaints until closure.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and supervisors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Send email updates to tenants, clients, and internal departments regarding service status.
  • Maintain documentation and collect service completion data after work is completed.
  • Ensure all communication and records are updated in the system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.

Accounts & Administrative Support

  • Handle Petty Cash management and maintain proper records of daily expenses.
  • Perform data entry in Tally for invoices, expenses, and basic accounting records.
  • Assist the Main Accountant with documentation, vouchers, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.
  • Support preparation of basic financial reports when required.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to operations and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records for both operational and financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge or experience with Tally accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, facility management, or accounts assistance is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Professional attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
  • Husband-visa candidates preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position within a Facility Management environment.
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday).
  • May require occasional extended hours depending on operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
