Office Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant, must be English/Mandarin bilingual, to join our team in Norcross GA. Successful candidate must have a bachelor degree in accounting, at least one-year related work experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • General office work
  • Bookkeeping, AP, AR, reconcile, financial report
  • Data Entry
  • Safety stock monitoring and planning
  • Logistics
  • Other job assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting
  • One-year related work experience
  • Experienced in QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent communication skill and analysis skill
  • Can complete work in a timely manner
  • Can work independently or with minimum supervisory
  • Must have problem solving capability
  • Must have own transportation and be legal to work in the US
  • Must be Mandarin Chinese and English bilingual
