Duties
- Manage office operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace and QuickBooks
- Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and clients
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency and workflow within the office
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain high levels of accuracy in all tasks
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
