Job Description:

We are looking for a Office Administrator to join our CoinTR team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience. Additionally, you will support the daily operations of our office, helping our team work efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors and providing them with relevant information
  • Managing phone and email communications
  • Monitoring office supplies and general upkeep of the office environment
  • Handling incoming and outgoing documents
  • Providing daily administrative support and coordinating with different departments
  • Managing transfer of all legal files to relevant departments
  • Assisting departments for their paperwork needs


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, university degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Super pro-active and positive attitude
  • English language proficiency is preferred
  • Able to come our office in Maslak
  • Driver License is a plus
