Office Administrator

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

  • Process and manage all employee visa and immigration documentation.
  • Liaise with government departments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Handle the submission of legal documents and paperwork to various governmental bodies.
  • Assist with the renewal of licenses, permits, and other official documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all required documents
  • Manage daily accounting tasks
  • Ensure timely and accurate calculation and filing of Value Added Tax (VAT) returns in accordance with the UAE's Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines.
  • Track and order medical supplies and other clinic materials.
  • HR Functions: Assist with staff onboarding. Maintaining accurate employee records, managing payroll, tracking leave, and handling employment contracts and visa processes.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal Candidate is a Male with bachelor's degree.
  • Having UAE driving License.
  • Proven experience in PRO or related roles in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
