Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in an automation or trading company. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, manage client interactions, and assist in preparing sales and service documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and format quotations, proposals, and invoices
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Maintain filing system (digital & physical) and organize documentation
  • Coordinate with sales and technical team regarding orders and deliveries
  • Follow up with clients for approvals and payments
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and purchase orders
  • Support daily administrative and HR tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferred in Business Administration)
  • 1–2 years of experience in Admin / Sales Coordination (Automation or Trading field preferred)
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
  • Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
